The Shipping of Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking, delivered without a signature. If you wish to have delivery with a signature, an additional cost will apply; please contact us. Regardless of the chosen shipping method, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible so you can follow the delivery of your package online.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postal charges. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will need to pay shipping fees for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, with particular care given to packages containing fragile items.

Packages are oversized and well-protected.

The items received are incorrect or defective.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please inform us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Kindly provide your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item received. Our team will then offer you an exchange or a refund according to your preference.
